This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA or someone with relevant experience who is looking to make a real difference in the lives of children. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to provide high-quality support to pupils. You will help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can feel supported and achieve their potential. The successful candidate will be calm under pressure and confident in supporting children who may display challenging or dysregulated behaviour. You must have the ability to de-escalate situations calmly and effectively, using a patient and nurturing approach.
