Your Main Responsibilities: • Assisting the upper KS2 teachers with differentiation, ensuring all pupils can access the lesson. • Supporting pupils with SATs preparation, running booster groups in math and English. • Managing classroom behavior effectively using the school’s positive reinforcement policy. • Supervising pupils during outdoor PE sessions, assemblies, and school trips. • Pre-marking basic classwork and helping to design vibrant, educational classroom displays.
