Youth Mental Health Support Worker Location: Bath, BA2 (Driving Essential – Rural School Location) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (Term Time Only) Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Pay: £92.63 per day, depending on experience Start Date: September 2026 Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Are you passionate about supporting young people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing? The Role As a Youth Mental Health Support Worker, you will: • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils. • Support children to regulate emotions and develop positive coping strategies. • Encourage engagement with learning and classroom activities. • Promote confidence, resilience and independence. • Support pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD and additional needs. • Work alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide consistent support.
