The Role As a Youth Mental Health Support Worker, you will: • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils. • Support children to regulate emotions and develop positive coping strategies. • Encourage engagement with learning and classroom activities. • Promote confidence, resilience and independence. • Support pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD and additional needs. • Work alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide consistent support.
