Job Title: ADHD Teacher Location: Wandsworth, London Salary: Paid to scale Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ADHD Teacher to join our team in Wandsworth, London. As an ADHD Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialised education and support to students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) within a structured and nurturing learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs and strengths. - Utilize innovative teaching methods and tools designed to engage students with ADHD and facilitate their academic and social development. - Collaborate with parents, counselors, and other educators to maximize students' educational experiences and promote positive outcomes. - Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and attention spans, ensuring all students can access the curriculum effectively. - Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the school administration. - Foster a classroom atmosphere that promotes focus, self-esteem, and positive behavior among students. - Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and strategies for teaching students with ADHD.
