Role Overview: As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons while providing tailored support to students with SEND. You will work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to create an environment that promotes learning for all students. This role will give you the opportunity to work in a variety of primary school settings, gaining experience across different year groups and diverse learning environments. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to a range of abilities, including SEND students. • Develop and implement individual learning plans (ILPs) for students with SEND. • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to ensure all students are fully included in lessons. • Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. • Collaborate with support staff and parents to ensure that SEND students receive the appropriate level of support. • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and respect.
