The Role As an Early Years Supply Practitioner, you'll support children from birth to five years old, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where they can learn through play and develop key early skills. You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, gaining valuable experience while making a positive difference to young children's learning and development. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who: Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or above is desirable). Have experience working within nurseries, pre-schools or other Early Years settings. Have a caring, enthusiastic and positive approach. Can quickly adapt to different environments. Work well as part of a team. Are passionate about giving children the very best start in life.
