Behaviour Mentor – Secondary SEMH – Tower Hamlets From £94/day | Secondary | Tower Hamlets | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Long-Term Axcis are working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Tower Hamlets who are seeking a confident and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. The school has a restorative ethos and a strong wellbeing team, with a Good Ofsted rating highlighting their commitment to inclusion and pastoral care. Located close to multiple bus routes, the DLR and Overground, it is easy to access from across East and Central London. In this role, you will be: • Supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils with SEMH needs through 1:1 mentoring and small-group interventions. • Using restorative, relationship-based behaviour strategies to de-escalate situations and promote emotional regulation. • Building rapport and acting as a positive, stable adult for vulnerable students. • Working with teachers, the SENCO and the pastoral team to monitor behaviour patterns and engagement. • Encouraging re-engagement with learning and celebrating personal progress.
