In this role, you will be: • Supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils with SEMH needs through 1:1 mentoring and small-group interventions. • Using restorative, relationship-based behaviour strategies to de-escalate situations and promote emotional regulation. • Building rapport and acting as a positive, stable adult for vulnerable students. • Working with teachers, the SENCO and the pastoral team to monitor behaviour patterns and engagement. • Encouraging re-engagement with learning and celebrating personal progress.
