Key Responsibilities:
Offer individual and group mentoring to students struggling with behavioural issues.
Develop and implement behaviour improvement strategies tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
Monitor and evaluate student behaviour, providing constructive feedback to staff and families.
Qualifications:
Experience in working with adolescents, particularly those with behavioural difficulties, is desirable.
Good understanding of effective behaviour management practices and student development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting young people.
Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or youth work are a plus.
