Job Title: Food Technology Teacher – Secondary (KS3 & KS4)
Location: West Drayton (Elizabeth Line) – onsite parking available
Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm
Axcis Education is supporting a school in West Drayton to recruit a Food Technology Teacher to work with secondary school students aged 11-16. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys practical learning, life skills education, and supporting students who may need extra help.
Role Overview:
• Deliver engaging Food Technology and life skills lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
• Support students with challenging behaviour, including those with diagnosed or undiagnosed SEND.
Requirements:
• Experience teaching secondary school students (11-16).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Resilient, flexible, and a can-do attitude.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred but not essential.
