Job Title: Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistant – Immediate Opportunities Available - KT4

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed SEND Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Kingston. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm), ideal for individuals who are eager to build a rewarding career in education.
About the Role:
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with a range of additional needs
• Work closely with children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
• Support learning both inside and outside the classroom
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all pupils
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and resilience
• Experience working with children (school-based or otherwise) is desirable, but not essential
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting individual needs
