Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Twickenham, Greater London. In this pivotal role, you will support the learning and development of students with diverse educational needs, ensuring they receive an inclusive and enriching experience in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist classroom teachers in the delivery of tailored support to students with additional learning requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and confidence among students.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and reporting to teachers as required.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in educational support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and constructive learning atmosphere.
