Key Responsibilities • Assist classroom teachers in the delivery of tailored support to students with additional learning requirements. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and confidence among students. • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs). • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and reporting to teachers as required. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
