This rewarding role involves supporting 3-4 children in a classroom between the ages of 4-5 with diverse requirements, working alongside a teacher, student TA, and another teaching assistant. SEN Needs consisting of the following information below: • Pupil 1: is working at the correct academic level however suffers with Social, Emotional, Mental Health • Pupil 2: Has ADHD traits and finds it difficult to concentrate • Pupil 3: Needs help with intimate care Pupils 2 & 3 are both working at the cognitive level of a 2–3-year-old Responsibilities: - Provide individualized support to students with varying needs - Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment - Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere Requirements: - Experience working with children with additional needs - Previous experience working with children in an educational setting - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs - Passion for supporting students in their academic and personal development Interviews with the school will be conducted between 2nd December and 6th January.
