Lunch Cover Position at Special Needs School Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as Lunch Cover at our special needs school, providing vital support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs during the midday period. Key Responsibilities: Assisting students during lunchtime to ensure a safe, calm, and enjoyable mealtime experience. Supporting students with individual needs, including feeding, mobility, and sensory challenges. Encouraging positive social interactions and promoting a nurturing environment. Collaborating with staff to ensure the well-being of all students. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM (term-time only). What We’re Looking For: Experience in a similar role or working with children with additional needs is highly beneficial but not essential. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to care.
