In this role, you will be: • Supporting pupils who are working below age-related expectations in English, maths and problem-solving. • Encouraging focus, motivation and regulation through positive reinforcement and structured support. • Delivering short intervention sessions for literacy or numeracy under teacher guidance. • Helping pupils develop resilience, confidence and independence across the school day. • Working with the SENCO to track progress and adjust strategies where needed.
