Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Learning Support Assistant – Primary – Rainham From £91/day | Primary | Rainham | Immediate Start | Full-Time Axcis are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Rainham who are seeking an Learning Support Assistant to work across KS1 and KS2. The school has a ‘family feel’, strong leadership and a committed SEND team who pride themselves on early intervention and personalised support. The building sits just a five-minute walk from Rainham Station and has on-site parking. In this role, you will be: • Supporting pupils with autism, speech delay, MLD and mild behavioural needs. • Helping children develop their social communication, confidence and emotional regulation. • Providing 1:1 support or small-group intervention depending on needs. • Using visuals, structured routines and creative approaches to enhance understanding. • Working closely with the SENCO, class teachers and families to implement individual plans.
