This role involves providing essential support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, ensuring they have access to a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational strategies and programs for students with diverse needs. • Provide one-on-one or small group support to facilitate learning and engagement. • Foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes student independence and self-esteem. • Collaborate with educators and specialists to track student progress and adapt learning approaches as necessary. • Maintain accurate records of student assessments and contributions to their Individual Education Plans (IEPs). • Uphold the school's values and commitment to inclusivity while adhering to safeguarding protocols. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly with SEND students. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A relevant qualification in education or support for special needs is an advantage.
