Midday Supervisor – Primary School | Chiswick | September 2026 Start Looking for a rewarding role in a school setting this academic year? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Chiswick from September 2026. This opportunity is available on either a regular Monday–Friday basis or as flexible supply work, making it ideal for those seeking part-time hours around other commitments. Role Details Start Date: September 2026 Location: Chiswick Hours: Monday–Friday, 11:30am–1:30pm (or flexible supply) Pay: Starting rate £14.25 per hour (PAYE) Term-time only The Role As a Midday Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive lunchtime experience. You will support children in both the dining hall and playground, encouraging positive behaviour, social interaction, and active play. Key Responsibilities Supervising pupils during lunch in indoor and outdoor environments Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting an inclusive school culture Supporting children during mealtimes where required Organising and engaging pupils in games and activities Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and welfare of all pupils Helping with cleaning and organising duties We're Looking For Energetic, friendly, and engaging individuals who enjoy working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and positive attitude Reliable and committed individuals with a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities Why Apply?
