In this role, you will be: • Supporting pupils with communication challenges, sensory needs and medical care requirements. • Assisting with feeding, personal care, mobility and postural management (full training provided). • Using sensory stories, tactile resources and switch-access technology to aid engagement. • Working alongside OTs, physios and teachers to deliver carefully designed individual programmes. • Helping create a safe, joyful and respectful classroom where every pupil is celebrated.
