You will be helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment, working with groups of children or providing one-to-one support where needed. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management. Supporting pupils with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills. Working 1:1 with specific pupils to keep them engaged and on-task. Fostering a safe, encouraging, and supportive learning space.
