We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Teacher to join our vibrant educational team in the heart of Wandsworth, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated individual committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
The successful candidate will be a key player in inspiring and engaging young minds while fostering a love for learning. You should possess the ability to craft dynamic and effective lessons catered to a diverse range of learning needs. Your role will include preparing and delivering subject material in line with the National Curriculum, assessing and recording student progress, and implementing strategies to promote educational excellence.
Essential Qualifications:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent)
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
- Proven experience of teaching within the UK curriculum
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and inclusive lessons to students
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Promote a positive, stimulating learning environment
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events
- Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, and collaborating with colleagues
