We’re looking for a strong, resilient and experienced Behaviour Mentor to support secondary-aged students with SEMH and highly challenging behaviour in EN3.
Full-time position
Secondary school setting
SEMH & complex behavioural needs
Support students to regulate, engage and achieve
Experience managing challenging behaviour essential
You’ll need energy, patience, consistency and excellent behaviour-management skills — plus the ability to build positive relationships with students who may find school particularly difficult.
