Pay: Up to £110 per day (depending on experience)
Are you looking to build your experience in secondary education while making a real impact in the classroom? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Secondary Classroom Support Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream school in the Wythenshawe area.
About the Role
This is a full-time, ongoing position supporting KS3 students within a busy and engaging secondary setting. You’ll be working closely with teachers to support learning across a range of subjects, helping to create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can succeed.
Main Duties
-Provide general classroom support to teachers and pupils across KS3.
-Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons and learning activities.
-Offer targeted support to individuals or small groups who need additional help.
-Help maintain positive behaviour and engagement in class.
-Support the teacher in creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
-Contribute to the wider school community through teamwork and initiative.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
-A genuine interest in education and supporting young people to achieve their best.
