About the Role This is a full-time, ongoing position supporting KS3 students within a busy and engaging secondary setting. You’ll be working closely with teachers to support learning across a range of subjects, helping to create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can succeed. Main Duties -Provide general classroom support to teachers and pupils across KS3. -Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons and learning activities. -Offer targeted support to individuals or small groups who need additional help. -Help maintain positive behaviour and engagement in class. -Support the teacher in creating a safe and supportive learning environment. -Contribute to the wider school community through teamwork and initiative.
