The Role As the successful SEMH Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs. Support pupils with a range of behavioural, emotional, and social needs. Use positive behaviour management strategies to create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team. Build strong, positive relationships that enable pupils to thrive both academically and emotionally. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential Proven experience working with pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. Strong behaviour management skills are essential. Experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a specialist or mainstream setting. Passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.
