Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant - Primary
Are you an experienced teaching assistant looking for new work opportunities? Are you a positive, enthusiastic individual who enjoys supporting children and helping them learn? Axcis Education are working with a successful Primary School in Cheadle, Stockport, that requires a teaching assistant (TA) to work on a full time basis with a child in year 5 until at least Christmas. For the right candidate, this placement could be extended. This lovely school has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where every child is recognised and valued as a unique individual. There is a calm, caring, happy, working environment; very clearly focused on quality teaching and learning. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting children with social-emotional mental health (SEMH). We are looking for someone patient, nurturing, and dedicated to helping them make personal and academic progress as well as creating a safe and secure learning environment. The hours would be 8:30am-4pm Monday to Friday.
