Job Title: Student Support Assistant- College
Hours: 30 per week, term time only (38 weeks) Reports to: Inclusion Manager Location: Isleworth, with some work at Feltham The Student Support Assistant plays a key role in helping learners with additional needs succeed in the classroom and beyond. Working under the Inclusion Manager, they provide one-to-one and small group support, encourage independence, and promote positive behaviour. The role may also involve supporting students with challenging behaviour, pastoral care, and accompanying groups on trips or events.
