Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Part-Time Supply Teaching Assistant – Supporting SEND Students
Location: Yeovil
Pay: £90 - £95 per day
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Choose your preferred days)
Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Supply Teaching Assistant for a well-established school in Yeovil. This flexible role allows you to select the days that best fit your schedule, providing valuable support to students while making a real difference in their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with SEND, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Help implement individualised learning plans and engaging activities.
Support students to actively participate in lessons and build their confidence.
Provide additional classroom assistance, ensuring the needs of students are met.
Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
About You:
Experience working with SEND students is beneficial, though not essential.
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable with a strong commitment to supporting student progress.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and reach their potential.
