As a Teaching Assistant you will work alongside experienced staff to help learners overcome barriers to education and achieve positive outcomes. As a Teaching Assistant you will build positive relationships with pupils encourage engagement in learning and support them to develop confidence in their abilities while accessing a broad and meaningful curriculum.
