Position Details: Role: Support Assistant (Team Teach Trained) Location: SEMH School, Failsworth, Oldham Start Date: ASAP Position Type: Temp-to-Perm, Multiple Positions Available About the Role: In this challenging and rewarding role, you will support students with a range of SEMH needs, including Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Domestic Abuse, and PTSD. Many of the students have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) or are in the process of obtaining one. Daily tasks include managing challenging behaviors rooted in complex underlying needs, providing structure, guidance, and a safe learning environment.
