They are looking for a versatile Cover Supervisor to support across both areas from September. In this role, you will: • Cover lessons across mainstream classes when teachers are absent. • Provide additional support within SEND units for students with autism, MLD or SEMH. • Ensure lessons run smoothly by following provided plans. • Support with classroom management, engagement and differentiation. • Build relationships with students to promote positive behaviour and learning. What we’re looking for: • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant or Instructor. • Strong behaviour management and flexibility to work across mainstream and SEND. • Excellent communication and confidence in leading groups. • A team player who can adapt to different subjects and year groups.
