About the Role: We are working with a number of primary and secondary schools in Tameside who require HLTA support. As an HLTA, you will: - Provide learning support across a range of subjects and year groups - Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover classes in the teacher’s absence - Work with small groups or 1:1 to support pupils’ learning - Assist with classroom management and behaviour support - Contribute to planning and assessment under the guidance of teaching staff.
