Job Title: Temporary School Administrator / Receptionist – West Drayton
Location: Hillingdon, West Drayton
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Axcis, the UK’s leading SEND and school recruitment agency, is looking for an experienced, confident, and motivated School Administrator/Receptionist to join a co-educational Alternative Provision school supporting pupils aged 11-16 who are unable to attend mainstream school.
About the Role:
This temporary role is perfect for a candidate who thrives in a busy school environment and is proficient with school management systems. Key responsibilities include:
• Undertake administrative and reception duties with organisational precision.
• Respond calmly and professionally to changing circumstances and pupil needs.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and in-house databases and safeguarding software efficiently.
• Prioritise workloads and work under pressure while maintaining a professional and calm demeanour.
• Support staff and pupils in a caring, flexible, and resilient manner.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience working with secondary school-aged pupils (11-16).
• Expert knowledge of school management information systems.
• Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and resilience.
• Confident, motivated, kind, and professional with a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
