About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be working closely with one child, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and able to access their learning each day. With the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO, you’ll implement consistent strategies to promote engagement, independence, and emotional regulation, while fostering a nurturing and structured environment.
