Qualified Teacher – Full-Time (Sept?Start) Location: Dorking, Surrey Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00?–?15:30 Our thriving secondary academy in Dorking seeks an enthusiastic Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join a collaborative faculty committed to academic excellence and personal development. Key Responsibilities • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for your subject area. • Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations and student wellbeing. • Contribute to whole-school initiatives, including pastoral care, extra-curricular clubs, and staff development. • Maintain accurate records, provide timely feedback, and communicate progress to parents and colleagues. • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and continuous improvement processes. Essential Criteria • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – UK recognized. • Proven experience (minimum 2?years) in secondary education, preferably within a mixed-ability setting. • Strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management, and a commitment to differentiated instruction. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to team working. • Current DBS clearance.
