Essential Criteria • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – UK recognized. • Proven experience (minimum 2?years) in secondary education, preferably within a mixed-ability setting. • Strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management, and a commitment to differentiated instruction. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to team working. • Current DBS clearance.
