Learning Support Assistant (Reception) – Immediate Start Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday Lovely Prep School in Kew Gardens We are looking for a warm, caring, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly team as soon as possible, supporting a young boy in our Reception class. This is a full-time position running until the end of term, based at our lovely primary prep school in Kew Gardens. The role involves providing social support in class and during playtime, helping the child to develop positive peer relationships and fully engage in school life. You will also support the delivery of Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) strategies throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities: • Offer one-to-one support with social development and classroom activities • Encourage interaction and inclusion during playtime • Collaborate with class teachers and external specialists (OT and SALT) • Foster a nurturing and supportive environment We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience working with young children, ideally in an early years setting • Is empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic • Can work well in a team and follow guidance from specialists • Is available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's early school experience within a supportive and welcoming school community.
