A leading multi-academy trust in Sutton is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join one of its Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ specialist settings, offering high-quality education to students in Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), Alternative Provision, and SEND environments. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing challenging behaviour and creating a safe, supportive learning space for students with SEMH, autism, ADHD, and complex emotional needs.
