Are you ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and young people with special educational needs? We're looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join schools across Central London as SEND Teachers in both primary and secondary settings. Whether you’re a fully qualified teacher with QTS or an experienced educator in SEND without formal qualifications, your dedication to inclusive education is what truly matters. You’ll be working with pupils who have a variety of needs—ranging from autism and ADHD to moderate and severe learning difficulties—helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This role calls for someone who is creative in the classroom, calm under pressure, and committed to tailoring education to individual learning styles. You’ll be supported by experienced teaching assistants and therapists, and you’ll collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure every child gets the support they need to succeed. Our schools provide welcoming, well-resourced environments that value teamwork, empathy, and resilience. Whether you're seeking a new long-term challenge or a permanent post, we have opportunities starting immediately and from September 2025. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, during term time. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary or daily rate (based on experience), access to high-quality CPD, and the chance to be part of a network that genuinely values SEND professionals.
