Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours with patience and understanding. Assist students with personal care needs, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. Work closely with teachers and staff to implement personalised learning plans and provide tailored support. Encourage students to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have: - An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service. - The right to work in the UK. - Previous experience as a care assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting SEND students. - A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
