This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND. Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment. Support with classroom activities, differentiation, and behaviour management. Encourage pupils’ independence and personal development. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential). A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
