About the Role As a SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils across a range of ages and abilities. You will work with small groups and individuals, adapting the curriculum and utilising specialist strategies to ensure every student can achieve their full potential. Close collaboration with therapists and support staff will be key to providing a holistic, student-centred approach.
