About the Role As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will: • Work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (term-time only). • Support students with MLD and Dyslexia on a 1:1 and small group basis. • Adapt resources and provide personalised learning support to help pupils access the curriculum. • Help students develop essential academic and life skills for success beyond school. • Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to deliver and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
