The Role
Location: L32 (accessible by public transport)
Contract: Full-time or part-time (flexible hours available)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support, encouraging independence and confidence
Assist with lessons across core subjects, life skills, and creative activities
Support pupils with personal care, emotional regulation, and sensory needs where required
Foster a safe, calm, and nurturing learning environment
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, celebrating progress and promoting well-being
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and colleagues to deliver consistent, holistic support
