Teaching Assistant Are you a friendly, patient, and caring person looking for a truly meaningful role in Bath? We’re looking for a full time Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant specialist provision in Key Stage?3, supporting young people with learning disabilities and autism. In this inclusive, nurturing setting, you’ll work alongside a specialist teacher and a small, dedicated team in a unique environment that includes classrooms, an intervention area, a sensory ‘Canopy’, life skills kitchen and even an allotment patch. This school is rated Good by Ofsted in its most recent inspection, with strengths in quality of education, leadership, personal development and behaviour and attitudes What the role offers: • A full-time position (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–3:30pm), starting as soon as possible. • A 16-week settling-in period, after which the role becomes permanent. • Pay of £13.70 per hour. • Daily opportunities to build positive relationships, support individual learning, and contribute to students’ personal growth in a well-regarded Church of England secondary school.
