Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Role: Teaching Assistant
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (8.30am - 15.30pm)
Salary: £90–£95 per day
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time, long-term SEND Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring they have access to a high-quality education in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with diverse SEND needs, including those with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions.
Assist in the delivery of tailored learning programmes, both individually and in small groups.
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement strategies that promote inclusion and progress.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to inform planning and development.
Contribute to a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to supporting the holistic development of students.
