Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or come from a background in sports coaching, youth work, pastoral care, music, performing arts or community work, we want to hear from you.

Support students in the classroom across GCSE and Post-16 pathways.
You'll help young people engage with learning, build confidence, develop positive relationships and achieve their individual goals.

Intervention Support Practitioner
Learning doesn't stop at the classroom door.
You'll work directly with students through therapeutic interventions and exciting enrichment activities including:

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy being active, building relationships and thinking creatively.
What You'll Be Doing
• Building positive relationships with young people
• Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs
• Encouraging engagement, attendance and positive behaviour
• Delivering interventions and mentoring sessions
• Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
• Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams
• Helping students develop confidence, resilience and life skills
• Accompanying students on educational visits and enrichment activities
• Creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment
