We are recruiting on behalf of a large, welcoming primary school seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 from September. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school team where you'll play a key role in helping children achieve their full potential. The Role As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2. Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Encourage children's confidence, independence and participation in learning. Support pupils with a range of learning needs. Help create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment. Assist with classroom preparation and general learning support throughout the school day. To be considered for this role, you must have: Previous UK experience working with children or vulnerable adults A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for helping children succeed. What We Offer Competitive daily pay of £93–£98, depending on experience.
