This is a full-time, long-term role working 1:1 to help a child regulate emotions, build confidence, and engage positively with learning. The Role: You will: • Provide 1:1 support for a child with autism and behavioural challenges. • Implement structured routines, visual supports, and personalised learning strategies. • Support emotional regulation and encourage positive social interaction. • Use de-escalation and behaviour management approaches to reduce anxiety. • Work closely with SENCO, class teacher, and parents to ensure consistency.
