Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and informative lectures in accordance with the course curriculum and college standards. - Design, prepare, and develop teaching materials, including but not limited to, lesson plans, assignments, and examinations. - Assess, record, and provide constructive feedback on student performance, offering support to those who may require additional guidance. - Maintain a current and thorough understanding of your field of specialty, continuously integrating contemporary knowledge into your teachings. - Participate in curriculum development and review sessions to ensure course content remains relevant and challenging. - Engage with colleagues to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contribute to faculty meetings and committees. - Offer regular office hours to aid student development and academic progression.
