Are you a sports coach, youth worker or someone with experience supporting young people in the community? We are looking for enthusiastic and resilient people to join a specialist school in Gloucester as a full-time Behaviour Support Worker.
This role is all about building positive relationships with Key Stage 3 students with SEMH, autism and learning disabilities, helping them regulate emotions, manage behaviour and stay engaged in learning. You’ll bring energy, patience and consistency – showing young people that with the right support, they can thrive.
The school, rated Good by Ofsted, is a calm and inclusive environment where staff are committed to helping every child feel safe, respected and motivated. Students follow tailored learning programmes that focus on building confidence, independence and life skills as well as academic progress.
