Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Cover Supervisor – All-Through School – Barking & Dagenham From £100/day | All-Through | Barking & Dagenham | September Start | Full-Time | Long-Term Axcis are working with a dynamic all-through school in Barking & Dagenham to recruit a Cover Supervisor to start in September. The school caters for pupils aged 4–16, offering continuity and strong pastoral care. Ofsted have praised the school’s inclusive ethos and positive relationships between staff and students. The site is well-connected by bus and train routes, and also offers staff parking. In this role, you will be: • Covering lessons across both primary and secondary phases when teachers are absent. • Delivering pre-prepared materials and ensuring learning continues smoothly. • Supporting classes that may include pupils with SEND, ensuring inclusion is promoted. • Building strong relationships with students across different key stages. What we’re looking for: • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or youth mentor. • Confidence managing behaviour and leading classes. • Flexibility to work across multiple subjects and year groups. • A professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
