Job Title: Qualified Early Years Educator Location: Wandsworth, London Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Salary: Paid to scale Start Date: Immediate We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team in a vibrant and nurturing setting located in Wandsworth, London. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality early years education. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring the developmental needs of each child are met. • Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing outcomes with parents and carers. • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. • Work closely with other team members to maintain a cohesive and collaborative work atmosphere. • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, team members, and external agencies. • Continuously improve practice by participating in professional development opportunities. Requirements: • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. • Sound knowledge of EYFS and current legislation relevant to early years. • Proven experience working in an early years setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
